A warm welcome…
My name is Tim Stringer and I'm a professionally trained Co-Active Coach and course leader. This website is the on-line home for my professional coaching practice based in Vancouver BC, Canada. I also offer both productivity coaching, consulting and training through my company, Technically Simple.
If you're up to something in life you need a coach.
In a nutshell, coaching is all about giving you access to a life that is rewarding and fulfilling. The life that you want often exists as a hope or a dream. Or perhaps it's not completely clear what it is you really want. Sound familiar? Read on.
The "alliance" that a coaching relationship creates gives you the opportunity to invent what it is you really want and move forward to live a life that is consistent with both your aspirations and your own unique talents. A coach's role is to support and encourage you during this process, to challenge you to step outside your comfort zone and to create a space of accountability. What might have taken years to accomplish is suddenly well within your grasp.
Your Coach and Course Leader
I discovered coaching in 2005. The transformation that it brought to my life inspired me to pursue coaching as a career. I've been professionally trained by the internationally renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI), am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and have a genuine passion for working with people.
Life's journey has afforded me many valuable and uplifting experiences. I have a degree in Engineering and worked in the corporate world for many years, both as a software engineer and as a project manager. I went on to launch a a productivity coaching and consulting company called Technically Simple in 2003. I also have a passion for health and wellness and have been enthusiastically teaching yoga and meditation on a regular basis since 1999.
